You are not asked for a medical certificate, participation in the lessons at your own risk.
The exercises must be carried out consciously, the own physical limits must be respected, never force in case of physical complaints.
People with (serious) complaints are advised to contact a therapist.
Payment is made before the start of the course.
A missed lesson is not refunded but can be caught up at another time.

Reimbursement in case of cancelling your subscription for a workshop:
More than 3 weeks prior to the workshop: 100%
More than 2 weeks prior to the workshop: 50%
More than 1 week prior to the workshop: 25%
